Welcome to ST. MARK High School Youth Ministry! Besides having wonderful activities and events at ST. MARK, our Diocesan Office of Youth Ministry hosts many activities and events too.

ST. MARK Activities include:

 

  • Sunday HS Youth Nights   6:30-8 pm (locations vary but usually meet in Youth Room; twice a month during the school year)

 

  • Steubenville Conference  (July 14 – 16, 2023) at Franciscan University in Steubenville, Ohio. Nearby parishes will be joining us this year.
    We will be traveling by bus. The earlier you register and pay your deposit, the better price you will get. 

 

  • Ski Trip for all 6th grade thru 12th grade youth on February 19th ( President’s Day), 2024. 
    Registration is open from January 15th until February 14th and on a first come-first served basis. Limited spots available!

 

  • CYC (Catholic Youth Communities) 7:30-9 pm Wednesday evenings: for both BOYS AND GIRLS… during the school year only.

 

  • Youth & Family Mass on the SECOND Sunday of every month during the school year  (September 2022 thru June 2023); YOU have to be part of it!
    The Dinner & Activity/event following the 6 pm Mass is open to all Middle School & High School youth and their families. The dinner is prepared by the 8th grade Spirit Team & the activity is usually a guest speaker or hands on event.


    We now have set the 2nd Sunday of each month to have our monthly Youth & Family Mass from September 2022 thru June 2023.
    (February 5th & May 7th are 1st Sundays) Date in blue denotes 1st Sunday of the month. No April because of Palm Sunday and Easter Sunday.

 

Diocesan Events include:

 

  • WorkCamp (June 17 – 23).  This summer, we will be joining the Diocese of Arlington for Diocesan WorkCamp in Northern Virginia.
    DEADLINE TO REGISTER HAS PASSED – an interest meeting will be held in October 2023 for WorkCamp 2024 in the CAC at 7 pm

 

 

  • High School RALLY (Sunday, October 22, 2023) at Bishop O’Connell High School in Arlington

 

 

 

 

 

  • Kings Dominion Day – July 26, 2023 (information coming soon)

 

Some SUMMER Events include Rebounderz, Movies, Ice Cream “Sundaes” etc. AND National/Orioles Baseball games, Cedar Point, Kings Dominion Day, Rafting, Beach outings and more…beginning after Workcamp!
