  • “Discipleship SUMMER Sunday”
    This NEW Youth Program is geared toward high school youth AND their families, however jr. high youth are welcome to join us!
    We will meet on Sunday afternoons/evenings
    during the summer for some field trips.

    A typical Sunday night timeline (during the year)…
    6 – 6:30 pm – Games/Fellowship in Gym
    6:30 – 7 – Liturgy of the Word Service in Chapel
    7 – 7:15 – Reflection on Youth Issues
    7:15 – 7:45 – Small Group Time (by grade level)
    7:45 – 8 pm – Snack & Closing Prayer/Petitions

    Please note that on some Holy Days & Federal Holidays, there will be NO Discipleship Sunday Nights. On the 1st Sunday of every month (October – June), we will have our monthly Youth & Family Mass.

  • 9:15 am Mass & Breakfast SUMMER Tuesdays (July & August 2018)

 

  • Steubenville Conference every year (July 20 – 22, 2018) at Franciscan University in Steubenville, OH. Bishop O’Connell HS will be joining us again this year.
    Sold out for this year…

 

  • WorkCamp (last week of June). This summer, June 22 – 28, 2019, we will be joining the Diocese of Arlington for Diocesan WorkCamp in Northern Virginia. We will join with nearly  1300 other youth and young adults from our own diocese to help residents keep their homes warmer, safer and drier by our hard work and support!
    Registration will open on Thursday, October 18, 2018!
    A WorkCamp Information and Registration Meeting will be held on Thursday, October 18th at 7 pm for WORKCAMP 2019!

 

 

  • Ski Trip for all Jr. high and High school youth on February 18th ( President’s Day), 2019. Registration is first come-first served and opens up January 31ST!

 

 

  • YOUth & Family Mass on the first Sunday* of every month during the school year (September thru June)* ; YOU have to be part of it! The dinner & activity/event following the 6 pm Mass is open to all Jr. high & High school youth and their families!
    *There are two dates where this Youth & Family Mass will be on the SECOND SUNDAY
    instead of the FIRST…Sunday, November 11th and February 10th.
    *The October Youth & Family Mass will take place on Sunday, September 30th!

 

Diocesan Events include:

  • High School RALLY ( third Sunday in October at Bishop O’Connell High School in Arlington)

 

  • World Youth Day 2019 in Panama! Click on the WYD words for more information.

 

  • Kings Dominion Day – July 27, 2018. Permission slips available online… deadline in Wednesday, July 25 @ 5pm!

 

Some SUMMER Events include Lasertag, Bowling, Rebounderz, Movies, Ice Cream “Sundaes” etc. AND National/Orioles Baseball games, Cedar Point, Rafting, Beach outings and more…beginning after Workcamp!
